My classes are loosely described as vinyasa flow and my yoga sequence are designed to explore a different theme for each class. They are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. I like to connect the ancient yogic philosophy with modern life to achieve a sense of being embodied and staying in the present.

Kids Yoga

Yoga is a fun way for children to develop a variety of important skills in a nurturing, non-competitive environment. From a young age children begin to experience pressure to perform academically and socially. Add to this the pressure of competitive organized sports and it’s is easy for children to become overly self-critical, and lose confidence in themselves. With creativity and interaction, yoga is a wonderful remedy for the tension associated with daily stressors as well as an important facilitator of healthy physical, emotional and cognitive development. I completed my kids yoga training with Rainbow kids in 2018.

Corporate Classes

Corporate classes at your office in a meeting room or at lunch time is a great alternative to a sandwich at your desk and will leave you feeling mentally and physically refreshed and energized and better able to cope with any stress that comes your way.

Private Classes

It can be ideal for beginners who do not feel ready to join a group class as well as for those who would like the class tailor made to deepen their own practice. It can also benefit those with an injury or have health concerns. Private classes can be held in the comfort of your own home. Please get in touch if you would like a private class.

Pre and post natal

Pregnant women naturally experience daily shifts and changes in their body, their energy levels and emotions and yoga is a very practical and effective companion for mothers-to-be to adapt gracefully to these changes. Yoga offers a firm foundation and resources to women and their families for the decades of mothering that lie ahead, providing an effective way to self care and nurture. Benefits of pre-natal yoga include improved general health, relief from common ailments like sciatica, constipation, heartburn, tiredness, better alignment as the body adapts to the growing foetus, a balance body-mind. Benefits of post natal yoga include helping the body to knit back together, realignment and stabilizing of pelvis, alleviating shoulder strain and back ache, mothering the mother.
